We could share personal experiences, but instead, we decided to spread our net as wide as possible to see what MOST people find effective.

What Makes the Pillow SnoreLess?
A SnoreLsss Pillow looks like a regular pillow, but has a special indent in the center on which your head rests. You don’t use it on its own. Now raise your head and try again.
If you rest your head on a regular pillow while lying on your back, your head will naturally tend to fall into this head on chest position. If that’s the reason why you snore, then this pillow can work for you – and many people say that it does.

Does SnoreLess Pillow Work?
This solution for snoring seems to attract few complaints. It gives relief from severe snoring by either eliminating or reducing it. Being able to breathe easier at night is the fix for snoring and you will wake up feeling more rested and energetic. Can you really treat snoring with so much ease? A lot of snoring remedies work on the jaw advancing principle, but if you want to quit snoring, getting the right pillow might be the simplest and by far the most comfortable solution.
If you snore because of the shape of your soft palate and sleeping position as 80% of other snorers do, getting a pillow for snoring may solve your problem. In this type of snoring, the airway is constricted at night because of poor alignment of the head.
Now if you know your First Aid, you’ll know that if you want to keep someone’s airway open so that you can aid their respiration, you turn them on their side and tilt the chin slightly forward. Lie on your side, rest your head on the anti-snoring pillow, and your head is in exactly this position. Your airway remains open, easing breathing and preventing snoring instantly.
Even if you absolutely must sleep on your back, keeping your head back so that the airways are open will help you to snore less. That’s the theory anyway. We’ll explore how it works in reality in greater depth shortly.
What About Sleep Apnea?
The makers of the SnoreLess pillow are conservative in their claims. According to their website, the pillow will help for “mild sleep apnea.” If you suffer from sleep apnea, you might find this a little discouraging, but we were encouraged that SnoreLess isn’t making extreme claims.
Could it help to reduce sleep apnea? That depends on the cause of the condition, but it certainly seems possible. If you’re inclined to sleep on your back with your chin on your chest, it stands to reason that your airways are already constricted. Add a few sleep apnea risk factors like a little extra weight or a naturally narrow airway, and the wrong sleep position could be the trigger.
What are People Saying in Their SnoreLess Pillow Reviews?
We’re all different, and everyone has their preferences, but the overwhelming majority of reviewers are saying that this is the most comfortable anti-snoring device ever. It’s easy to take with when you’re traveling, and once you have one, you won’t want to be without it.
Another advantage that people are noting is that you don’t wear it. Other snoring devices, especially ones you wear in your mouth are restrictive. You can’t speak properly; you drool; you wake up with a sore jaw – the solution is almost as bad as the problem. This simple pillow takes all the fuss out of anti-snoring devices.

Extras: Less Acid Reflux and Less Shoulder and Neck Pain
We were quite surprised to find an additional claim – and evidence to support it when we reviewed this pillow. Apparently, people who snore are also more prone to acid reflux – a condition in which people experience an uncomfortable burning sensation in stomach and throat.
At first, we were a little skeptical about this being solved by a pillow, but apparently, the way in which this anti-snore pillow holds the head in an elevated position at night really does help to relieve the complaint.
The second claim is much easier to understand – after all, if your head, neck, and shoulders are properly aligned when you sleep, you’re less likely to wake up with morning aches and pains. Once again the SnoreLess Pillow’s customers seem to be well-satisfied.
Of course, we’re primarily interested in snoring, but we thought these extras worth mentioning.

Pros and Cons
The SnoreLess Pillow can help you to stop snoring – but only if you primarily snore because you sleep on your back or side with your head tilted forwards. Get your sleeping partner or a family member to check in which position your head rests when you are asleep or when your snoring wakes them.
One other drawback that we found is that you’ll need to get used to sleeping with your head and neck in a new position. However, it doesn’t take all that long to form new habits. Within a few weeks, you’ll become accustomed to your new sleep position.
Some critics say that restless sleepers won’t keep their head on the SnoreLess Pillow. They may be right, but we think that as long as your head is more-or-less on this pillow, it’s going to slip down into the indent anyway. Super-restless sleepers who shuck blankets and pillows with abandon might, of course, be the exception to the rule.
The main disadvantage of most anti-snoring devices is that they fit inside the mouth. We worry a lot about the -over-the-counter (or internet) devices that go inside the mouth because wearing a poorly fitting mouthguard could cause damage to teeth and jaw.
Many people find them uncomfortable, and even the ones that allow for some customization still mean you have to fit a mouth guard at night. If you can get away with using an unusual pillow instead of an oral device that effectively clamps your jaw into a position you wouldn’t ordinarily assume, why not?

Despite all the good things we’ve heard about this pillow, we can’t guarantee you that it will stop snoring. What we like about this product is that is safe, comfortable, and risk-free. After all, if it doesn’t work for you, what’s the worst that can happen? You end up with a rather comfortable pillow that helps you keep your head, neck, and shoulders properly aligned – that’s what.
